Can some please expalin how to use Oscar 16 Pacsat. Is it still working. my
uplink is 145.900 Fm and 437.051 Usb downlink. I read somewhere that its
double sideband?. If so can i receive Dsb on my Ic910 .

correction for the Fm birds. I have Ao51 but not heard for a while . Its for
easy programming into my Ht.

Hello there.
Can someone tell me when the Iss repeater will be active. My thought's are
that if Oscar 51 is sick just now wouldn't it be nice to use the repeater on
the Iss. Or is the repeater used only for School's chat's?.
