The ARISSat-1/Kedr transmission test is scheduled to begin at 1915Z. There is a 15 minute transmission delay, so don't expect to receive any signals until 1930Z. The satellite transmissions will be in low power mode, which means that there are no transmissions for 2 minutes (seems like a long time
