Anyone else try to send packets via FASTRAC 1 on the most recent two
passes late evening over North America? I only received the CW beacon
and one burst of telemetry on each of the two passes over East Texas.
I did notice on the first pass that my Keplerian elements were off by
a little bit but ha
All,
The FASTRAC satellites have been in operation for more than a year and the
team has been able to get a
lot of data from them, in great part due to the amazing support from the
amateur radio community. Over the last
month the team noticed that one of FASTRAC-1’s on board microcontrollers

All,
First of all I wanted to thank the HAM community all over the world for
supporting our project, your support has been incredible and we really
value. Today, after a few months of initial operations, we started one of
the most exciting phases of our project by separating both of our girls so
can someone tell which of the lines are the te

I finally got a mix that works! Lots of others will likely succeed now also. I
used my Kenwood TH-D7 HT to get the following via 70cm (437.345) @ 1200 baud

Hi Folks,
right now i had a pass of FASTRAC but unfortunately no beacon and no signals
on the 2 meter band.
On the 70 cm band I could hear something but do not know if it is the bird
because the noise is like a mix of
1k2 AX25 and 9k6 baud.
Please anybody can tell me if is that I had to hear?

I want to thank everybody that has helped us track FASTRAC as we have gotten
confirmation from multiple sources that they are both working beaconing and
that the satellites are crosslinking. We were also able to hear a couple of
beacons at our station this morning and will attempt to contact them
Hi
FASTRAC keps elements worked very well with HRD.
I’ve Used HRD for Doppler correction to RX O/OREOS, Also I've heard a very
strong FASTRAC Beacon at 145.825 .
O/OREOS was pumping a very strong signal, Decoded with sound card software
UISS and Multipsk . See a movie clip at
