JoAnne,
I'm sure we've all heard the phrase, You're the Man!---well clearly
that does not apply in your case, but for your extraordinary help in my
ventures to make contacts through the ISS, you're the woman!
Coming over from the weak signal side of the world above 50 MHz, it's
great to meet
I've been working on a packet setup for ISS and other satellites. During
the most recent pass of ISS, just a few moments ago, I heard a number of
stations calling. Receive seems to be working.
What's the appropriate way to contact others via ISS?
I'm using a Kam Plus, are there certain
Hello folks!
Has anyone on this BB ever tried digipeating via ISS with a Yaesu
FT-817ND and Tigertronics Signalink?
I'm a newbie to packet and digital modes and will appreciate any
comments/advices.

It would be nice if people would refrain from connecting to the ISS packet
mailbox when others are engaged in unproto-mode conversations (making
contact between 2 or more live people.) It's especially annoying on
weekends during the day.
It's apparent that the people who connect to the RS0ISS-11

Hello all again.
Can some good person help me try packet on the Iss 145.825. I have Multipsk
and also Mixw on my pc so hopefully one of these will allow me to send
packet via soundcard to my Ic-910. Have a Cat cable and audio in and out
from the din connection on back of radio so what next?.
Got through this morning on the ISS using APRS. What frequencies are good for
contacting the crew? I have heard of several differentones and seeing how it is
always a pretty short pass...Or small footprint rather. I dont know just would
like to try the right one.
Thanks

wouldn't the path be rs0iss-4?
When you look at what others are using, you may see a lot of RS0ISS-4* but do
not be fooled. Remember, that when a user uses any of the GENERIC paths on the
uplink, that the ISS does callsign-substitution before digipeating on the
downlink. So you will see
