Hi Ron,

According to his QRZ page under the "detail" tab, he responds to direct 
only - no eQSL or LoTW.  I don't know how current that info is, so things 
may have changed.  I am planning on sending a request along with an SAE and 
IRC to his Germany address, and we will see what happens.

I am forwarding this to the BB just in case someone else has heard 
different.
