I don't, and I think that VU says basicaly that it's ok if you haven't anything else - so why foul up the transponder or others by grabbing its power? I can see it MIGHT be acceptable if you were testing a rig. but not to treat as '51, IMHO. But AMSAT-VU will say for sure, it's their bird.
