I'm not aware of any pigtail/splitter to do what you describe, but you could plug the speaker into the small jack on the bottom of the mic. It's the same small (3/32" or 2.5mm) jack as on the radio, so you may need an adapter to plug in many speakers and headphones/earbuds with the more common 1/8" or 3.5mm plugs. 73!
