I was examined using the Illum Software(by DK3WN) for the period of
Eclipse(Shadow) of LO-19. It was found that 15:56 UTC, 9 June 2013
was exactly the beginning of Eclipese over Japan.

Looks like on 06/09/13 at 15:56 UTC LUSAT-1 (LO-19) over Japan,
LUSAT entered shadow, please confirm if possible.

Also given your valuable information, LO-19 seems to be operating
only on solar panels due onboard nicad batteries after 23+ years
and 122,140 charge/discharge cycles are not keeping charge anymore.
