yeah, I've given the ctrl-c->config::setkey closedocks -1 trick to a few people
on the forums already... it should definitely be an
option changeable somewhere...
(like the Ctrl-M thing, you press it, it tells you what to do to revert it back)

The login button is v. weird. It will pack after if the login screen
is packed, although it's in the wrong place (probably the ordering of
it). I've reverted it back to using a straight label in r8565.
I've also committed the checkbuttons thing, I think it looks a lot
nicer that way. :-)
