Humm... good point, then remind is in cause.. I never had any problems with it, but maybe i just don't notice... and you say log viewer doesn't have this problem ? then maybe looking at the difference one line at a time could help.. or maybe (just an idea like that), doing inserts on a text widge

Disabling the plugin removes the problem. Also, having all other plugins disabled, I see the same problem. Then I put some debug info in the parse procs of remind and saw that the slowness comes from there. For me, to recreate the problem, configure the remoind plugin to show a lot of lines (like
