the dev wiki, I told him to use the user wiki instead..
reason :
1 - easier, better wiki
2 - we should really start thinking about unifying our stuff instead of having
multiple procedures/wikis/whatever...

Isn't the user's wiki supposed to be information for users? This
doesn't seem like the right place for this page, especially
considering the bug database is password protected, its not really
useful whatsoever for users.
