bastards of Microsoft enabled the possibility to chat while being offline.. if you appear a CW while being as appear offline in WLM, it shows in the tooltip "you are as appear offline, you can send the messages, but the user will know that you are appearing offline... " but the server allows you to create the SB ONLY if you authentified with MSNP13 :@
