The 'Enable receiving Display Pictures from other users' option on advanced
prefs got turned off somehow, without me noticing that. Turned it on again,
and some new pics got loaded, so I think this was all the trouble.

I have fixed at 50% the bug with the accents in paths and TkCximage.. I
don't want to commit it because I have two small places to port too
(fairly easy) and check a bug that I get where the image size seems to be
wrong...
