Yes, Tommy is right, there will be an audio/video assistant for 0.97 . For
now, you can configure your webcam using the existing interface. You can
reach it in 3 ways:
1) Preferences -> Others -> Configure webcam
2) chatwindow: Edit menu -> editavsettings
3) Using the Ctrl+N shortcut

I think the todo for 0.97 has "finish audio/video assistant" or some such.
(I'm not sure if that incorporates that though, I'm just a user that reads
