Someone reported this issue again yesterday on the forums and considering how
many people have dual screens I guess the priority of this bug is
increasing, so let's try to find a solution.
First thing to do would be to talk to the Tk developers on IR
Yeah, that would be a great solution for the smiley menu, I didn't think of
that before. But we should solve the problem for other windows, too, that's
why I'm looking for an entire solution. It's really annoying when you are
