The Readme for Analog 4.0 refers to a form and cgi script named anlgform.html and anlgform.pl respectively. Can anyone please tell me where these files are located? I cannot find them in any of the Analog 4.0 directories which I downloaded. (Just one of the many mysteries of Analog.) The f
