Hi,
I am trying to count requests on a specific subset of pages in a specific
time frame.
i.e. page1.htm, page2.htm page3.htm, page4.htm
between 1/1/2001 and 1/3/2001

Initially I thought that the list of search engines (and query
parameters used to extract search phrases and words) was quite
comprehensive. But after looking through my list of referrers with

I put in the line
UNCOMPRESS *.gz (D:\analog\gzip -cd)
When attempting to run it, I get the following:
D:\path: analog version 4.16/Win32

If you turn debugging on, it will tell you where the lines were corrupt.
This should help to diagnose them if, for example, some lines don't match
the header line.

I am a new user of Analog and have downloaded the current beta and set
to work tailoring the reports.
I was interested to see as many of the referrers as possible, so I set
REFFLOOR -200r
REFSITEFLOOR -200r
This did expand the list but it only lists

Hello All,
I need some help here. This is my configuration file. Since the
first of the year I think something is amiss.
Last year, each month I was able to accumulate each day in a separate
file. I still have these separate files unfortunately, as soon as the next
month comes it
That's fine, but I thought that * matches any sequence of characters.
I had hoped that REFARGSEXCLUDE /cgi-bin/* would eliminate
all arguments in one statement.

Following are two lines from my request report. They are both for the same
page but are listed separately because of the extra information on user
browser and platform. How can I combine all the listings of a page into one

This happens on every line -- not just the index.html ones. Are you
suggesting I make an alias for each and every page on my site?
Is this a log format problem because there is no space after the ','
immediately following the .html?
