Hi, Thanks for the response. I don't think log rotation is an issue. The site is load balanced (mod-backhand) across 3 servers, the logs are then rsync'd to the one server which analyses all of the logs with a time stamp of the day before. rsync is run every 5 minutes and analog is run at 3 in the
