Is there, or is there any planned way of being able to chain a sequence of predicates (like BROWEXCLUDE, or whatever) together with logic to form an compound? I'd like to exclude User-Agent `htdig', but only from localhost, for instance. If there were a generic way of doing this, it could be pow
