There is a Windows/DOS equivalent of grep that will work. In fact,
since the location of each month's log data is unknown, grep would be
a better choice over head and tail. It's a simple matter to grep each
consolidated log for a specific month and pipe the output into a
separate log for the mon

the documentation without success.
My web server provider (uk2.net) provides log files of my web site and
analog does an excellent job of analysing them. Unfortunately the log files
