I run report magic in the same day and the bar graphs that are generated don't go into the correct folder. All the html files go to the correct folder but not the images. Could this be because the images can't get overiden for some reason?

Isn’t
this in the FAQ? It just means that you aren’t recording byte count in
your log files. This happens to be the default setting for some IIS versions.
You can go into the web site or web server settings and configure the log file
to record whatever fields you want. I would recommend add
