When I run analog I get a warning as follows:

Thew correct APACHELOGFORMAT for that is
LogFormat %h %l %u %t \%r\ %s %b \%{Referer}i\ \%{User-Agent}i\
%c %T %v
That's the whole point of the APACHELOGFORMAT command.
