oh yes.. I heard also you can try using Vpost, it will be cheaper but

Using eclipse, when i run it, my application doesnt come up, nor is it

Unfortunately I accidentally updated to RC30...
You can get a retail version from US and then flash it to dev version
as long as its not stock RC30
