I''ve replaced 0C02 to 0C03 in .INF file and it installed sucessfully.
However, adb does not see the device, though it appears in manager
when I plug it in.

Moreover - I was able to connect to pid_0c03 device after connecting
to pid_0c02 device (my colleague's ION)
