Hi, You can start by going through the Getting Started section at: http://code.google.com/android/documentation.html
I recommend you should also do the NotePad tutorials. Then go through the rest of the android documentation. If you have doubts/questions, search the documentation, go through the FAQ, search the groups, you might find an answer :) If not, post your questions to the groups.
