Hi, How does Android development work. As the bluetooth API get developed, if I have a developer phone, could I flash my device with builds to try to develop with and possibly debug the bluetooth api.
Also, does wifi work on a developer handset without a 3g (data packets) contract with a provider -- i.e., can I use wifi at home?
