I see named branches up to 4.14, but not 4.20: https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/goldfish/+refs Perhaps it has not yet been ported to 4.20, or if it has been ported then the port hasn't yet been published? 4.20 is relatively recent, and the latest long-term stable (LTS) after 4.14 is 4.19, so it seems more likely that goldfish would be ported to 4.19 rather than 4.20.
