Today, we pushed kernel sources for the Android Wear for Pixel Watch
(rohan) for RWD9.220429.075 and RWD9.220429.075.J1.
There was no GPL platform project changes since previous release
(android-wear-11.0.0-gpl_r3).

reason for restricting this? I'd like to include static_libs for eng build
only.
