yes, I am, I using Eclipse-ADT and the android-sdk is r21 there
isn't samsung galaxy s3 in the list

When I create a new device in AVD I need to fill detail,
I understand what is the Definition in the left side: name, screen
size, resolution, sensors, cameras, input and RAM,
but I don't understand what is the Definition in the right side: size,
screen ratio, density, buttons and device states.
I have found many Inaccurate details, I try to follow in the
