Yes I was allowed and the now Im trapped. Google has not provided a
way out for people stuck in this situation. Had I been earned I would
have changed it.

The problem with this is they have to keep uninstalling and re
installing the app over and over.
I reproduced this error by force remvoing my sdcard with out
unmounting it. This left all the apps on my sd card in the app draw
but with blank icons.
