I am working on an issue with my Xperia P (but the issue is also present on the Xperia S and Sola) with the US firmware version. There is an APN that can't be removed for T-Mobile. I was able to remove it from the telephony.db but in the settings.secure database there is an entry for tether_dun_apn and tether_dun_required. I want to remove those two entries. I have a rooted phone but when trying to remove those entries from the database I get an error 5: database is locked message.
