I'm having the same problem here. Looks like it happens when you try to add jaxb-api-2.1.jar and stax-api-1.0-2.jar to the classpath. I found on the internet this link, http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=314 where they fixed the error Conversion to Dalvik format failed with error 2 Well, I tried anyway... Don't know if I did all right, but the problem persists.
