Our account is still not fixed!
There were three bank deposits and Google reversed two of them. So we got
payed out the right amount for the month of June.
But those reversals never made it to Google Wallet. So, they got their
money back from the bank, but our Wallet account is still in the neg

I just noticed that Google Checkout has been unable to process any Android
application purchases for more than an hour.
I am somewhat used to the buggy nature of Google Checkout, but I am
still amazed about the actual attitude of Google towards it.

You can use the official ActionBarCompat example in the Android sample
projects.
Just make that into a library project. Link to it from your project and
extend your activities from ActionBarActivity, instead of Activity.
Of course you can customize the look and feel any way you want.
