I've developed for a bunch of platforms and I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with Android/Google. It seems like you didn't quite think things through for developers. 1) There's no way to dialog on ratings. Even in a stupid web blog the author is allowed to comment in a discussion. Ratings sho
