I have setup a Virtual Device using the Android Studio Emulator, I decided
on Nexus 6 and API 24.

I want to download some apps but the Emulated "Phone" does not appear to
come with the Google Play Store app.

I can run it in the Chrome browser, but when I try and download anything I
get "You don't have any devices" followed by the message "You haven't
accessed the Google Play Store app..on your device with this email account".

Seems to be a catch 22, how can I download the Play Store app if the
download option will not let me download anything until I have executed the
Play Store app?

An internet search gives lots of hits for this message, and I have tried
all the suggestions I can figure out but none of them work, however they
don't appear to be for someone in my position, trying to get Play Store
working on an Emulator.

Please help!
