Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, development). 7. Excellent verbal and written communications 8. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision. Self-directed 9. A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies 10. Well versed with communicating complex technical details to business and non-technical stakeholders *Desired Skills* 1. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud 2. Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology 3. Experience with Contact Center technologies (IVR, telephony) 4. Experience with distributed caching solutions; understands the factors that enable effective caching 1. Should be able to understand and communicate business value of architecture solutions. 2. Experience defining the architecture to support security/access controls/user provisioning requirements 3.
