Hi every one , i am working with my office system configuration
OS: windows 7 32 bit ultimate
Android : Android Studio 2.0
RAM : installed 10GB showing only 3GB ( when i checked online the max limit
for the win 7 32 bit is 4GB)
when i am running android with a basic app
1. showing 100 % CPU usa
It has been a few years now that Google released the platform development

When are we going to see manufacturers start updating their hardware to run
the latest versions of android ?
OR when are we going to see Google pressure manufacturers to update their
