Hi, I'm wondering how apps like Avast antivirus creates notifications (or
whatever they're called) when you go slide down to see Wifi/GPS/Sound/etc
and it says (OnGoing). When I see apps there I cannot slide them away to
disappear, they just remain there and I want to know how the do it.

I've used notification, but you can slide it and it goes away, Which
doesn't behave like that and remains?
