Complete Description: This position will serve as a product owner, responsible for requirements gathering and documenting using an agile methodology, performing backlog grooming sessions, and coordinating with program staff and vendors. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for testing, and project leadership is also part of this position's responsibility. An ideal candidate will be providing the business requirements expertise to the project daily. Tasks will include working with technical and program resources to monitor the progress of delivering system requirements, evaluate the quality of deliverables against business requirements, assess the quality of use cases, test cases, and system requirements.
