The organization provides Operations Support for the Contact Centers, Data Communications and Voice Systems Network towers and is accountable for providing voice related problem management/resolution globally for DXC. Also, this position is responsible for working on various voice systems, including experience of working with emerging voice and data technologies. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: - Experience Portal (AEP), Interactive Response/Interactive Voice Response (IR/IVR) - Occasional interaction with Microsoft Server Management, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Virtual Installations. - Daily programming on Dialog Designer / Orchestration Designer - Daily interface with Nuance Speech Recognition - Occasional interaction with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and IP trunking concepts, topology design – VoIP media RTP/RTCP *Qualifications* *Education and Experience Required:* - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Experience in IVR programming tools such as Orchestration Designer, Dialog Designer, VXML, and/or TAS preferred. *Knowledge and Skills Required:* - Avaya Experience Portal - Interactive Response/Interactive Voice Response (IR/IVR) - Knowledge/ Experience of Dialog Designer / Orchestration Designer - Advanced Experience with Nuance Speech Recognition - Expert Level Avaya Platform Experience - Understand Avaya voice technology and be able to read and interpret voice diagrams into IVR code. - Program management experience is required. - Able to work on-call duties as needed. - SDLC experience a plus. - Able to understand and interpret call flows and routing diagrams. - Knowledge of Telecom Principles and how to design and implement a voice network - Experience of working in a call center engineering and/or operations environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Regards,* *Bharat Chhibber* *SoftNice Inc.* 5050 Tilghman Street, Suite 115, Allentown, PA 18104, USA *Ph: 610-301-0285 x 360* www.softnice.com Leading Software Development and Consulting Company.
