Agile and Medical Background 2. FMEA Experience and Knowledge of the IEC 60601 family of Medical Electrical Equipment safety and performance specifications 3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, System Engineering or closely related discipline. 4. Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a related field 5. Demonstrated experience in any of the following: System Design, Subsystem designs including hardware and/or software. 6. Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging system design problems 7. Understanding of system design concepts and subsystem interactions and interfaces. 8. Effective oral and written communication skills 9. Experience in medical system requirements – will need to be working with customers, marketing and field personnel to understand needs and to capture system and subsystem requirements *Duties :* 1. Developing methods to quantify subsystem interactions and their effects on system performance 2. Developing risk management strategies; including patient and user hazard mitigations, FMEAs, and privacy and security risk mitigations. 3. Developing timely and effective solutions for challenging design problems. 4. Developing continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives. 5. Understanding how to work within a quality management system for regulated products *Background :* 1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time 2. Must be willing to work in our Milwaukee, WI facility full-time 3. Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets. 13. Experience working on global development teams. 14. Knowledge of Underwriters Laboratory (UL) standards and how they apply to designs. 15.
