Hi, I am trying to install the Android SDK & i get the following error
XML verification failed for http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml. Error: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'HTML'. My PC is behind proxy,is that an issue by any chance ?
