JD as follows, *Role: MSD CRM Technical Architect* *Remote* · *Skills: * · 10+ years of MSD CRM Sales · Knowledge/ experience in MSD Field Services Module is a plus. · A bachelor’s degree in a filed such as information technology, business technology or engineering. · Excellent client management skills · Experience leading large complex technology projects · A background in managing global CRM teams and working with offshore teams · Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders · Working independently with minimal supervision · Understanding common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM · Extensive experience with CRM or other business management software, especially Microsoft Dynamics · Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc *Responsibilities:* · The MSD CRM Technical Architect is responsible for enabling the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions. · This individual is responsible to use key performance indicators to measure and test the quality of projects. · Encouraging and supporting your team in defining technical, operational and user requirements. · Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interactions, including managing offshore teams · Understand the functional design based on business req and participate in functional design reviews and gap fit analysis. · Proven exp in providing Thought leadership and defining Project scope, goals, deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Sr. Management and Stakeholders · Experience in conducting project post mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful unsuccessful project elements.
