*Location: Jefferson City, MO* *Duration: 6 – 12 Months* *GC or GC EAD only No H1B* 1*)JAVA SOA Web Services Developer ( Medicaid)* - WEB / HTML programming skills - Experience with SOA / Web Services lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy) - Experience with web API lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy) - Experience with web API Management approach, tools and concepts - Experience with web API or SOA / Web Service Strategy - Experience with API vendors - Experience with JAVA/ JAVA Script - Experience with SPRING MVC control functionality - Experience with CSS3; HTML5; - Experience with JSON; SVN and JBOSS / JBOSS Hibernate functionality - Experience with JQUERY - Seven or more years in a development role using these skills - Understanding of Web Service development - Understanding of UNIX and Windows OS scripting environments - Knowledge of cloud platforms / environments / API’s - Exposure to in Agile Methodologies or SCRUM preferred - Skill in production infrastructure environments - Familiar with popular Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts - Demonstrable competence in programming and shell scripting. - Heavy experience in integration of these components as well as large scale integration activities – including control and management of changes - Bachelor’s Degree *2) Java UI Developers ( Medicaid)* - BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - 6-10 years of software development experience including designing, programming, and documenting large-scale software systems on Windows and Unix/Linux - Minimum 3+ years of Java user-interface application development experience - Demonstrated expertise with Java, Java Frameworks (JSF, SpringMVC, etc.), Object-Oriented Design, and Java Application Servers such as WebLogic or WebSphere, and relational databases such as Oracle or DB2 - Strong knowledge of interface development and experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX - Demonstrated expertise in software engineering practices (e.g., reading/generating software specs, design patterns, continuous integration) - First-hand experience working with large project teams - Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to software problems - Service Oriented Architecture design and development experience a plus - Agile development experience a plus *3) Middleware Java Developer* - Develops and supports Application Integration solutions to support business processes. - Implements and manages J2EE Application Server platforms to support web delivered business applications. - Manages work packages to ensure project deliverables are met through collaboration with Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Communication Services, Service Support, IT Operations and other IT and technical support teams. - Works with business unit teams and provides proper guidance to ensure integration services and architectures are designed, tested, documented, implemented, enhanced and maintained according to the operations standards and expected service quality. - Provides 2nd level proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission critical systems. Identifies requirements for real-time alerts to notify support groups of a current or potential performance problem. - Responds to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems, performs regular on-going review and analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detects potential future performance problems. - Automates system administration tasks and scripting. - Ensures daily support and a high level of 24x7x365 service availability. - Independently performs complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development and implementation. - Maintains host security (passwords, file permissions, file system integrity, security packages, SSH) and network security. - Supports of services and processes including appropriate issue escalation. - Cross-trains co-workers on new designs. - Use solid oral and written communication skills to communicate solution function and value.
