At least for 1.5, it'll be a useful tool for developers to understand
their own app usage and help police each other but as
That stuff is far from ready for use by normal people. You need to really
know what it is doing to try to interpret the numbers.

perhaps the impact on battery. Pretty powerful if we can get it to

That helps, I have mistakenly thought because some of the other
battery stats are available in the emulator this is supported as well.
