Nobody will sell them (I've even called Samsung, who sent me to the
US distributor, who said "we don't ship to Canada".
A real pain in the rear. However, I'd even buy and ship from India is I
could get my hands on a device!

You will feel better when you think of my country, Bangladesh. There is no
PayPal, Android market does not support my country.
It is very hard to get an international credit card (due to govt rules).
And, as a common people, the international card you get has maximum online
purchase limit of $50
