The thing is that regardless how complex your policy is, if your app is popular, it will be cracked no matter what at the LVL level.
My advice is to use a forgiving policy like the LenientPolicy that deny access to the app only if it is 100% sure that the app is unlicensed (eg: Google Play returns NOT_LICENSED).
