I had the same problem and this worked for me. Use wget with the -c
option to resume downloads.

I am having more or less the same issue. The download of the ADT is
coming down in various sizes and is essentially corrupt when I try to
install. Anyone have luck installing?

I'm going to try building the ADT from the latest cupcake source
instead.
