Well, they MIGHT be legit. Their Ts&Cs appear to be fairly "normal" (if a little ragged in places) -- no worse than your average credit card agreement. They have a valid address listed in the Chicago area, but it appears (from nearby real estate listings) to be a townhome in the $200-350K range (nice looking, 90s construction). So very likely a bedroom operation.
