You don't have to copy anything manually like that when using Eclipse.
Just create a new Android project and in the wizard select build
target Android 2.3 (or higher) and then selecte "Create project from
existing sample" and select NFCDemo.

You can run your app directly from Eclipse:

You can also debug the app when it's not working:
